Order Status
HOW CAN I SEE IF MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?
You’ll receive an email notification once your order is being prepared for shipment, which will include your tracking number and estimated shipping date.
If you don’t see a confirmation email, please check your junk or spam folder. If you still can’t find it, please reach out to us through our Contact Us page — there may be an error with the information provided during checkout.
IS YOUR CLOTHING TRUE TO SIZE?
Yes, for the most part. Our men's sizing follows standard American sizing closely. You can easily compare our garment measurements to any typical t-shirt or sweatpants size chart found online. Our men's t-shirts are considered a "modern fit," meaning they’re slightly slimmer than traditional, boxier t-shirts. Men’s hoodies fit true to size and are cut slightly larger than a standard shirt, as they’re intended to be worn like a light jacket over clothing of the same size.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Our goal is to have your order packaged, sent to the post office, and it is on its way to you within 3 business days of you placing your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed Friday, Saturday or Sunday will start processing Monday morning. Orders can be delayed by merchandise that is still in production or if we have delays from our suppliers.
MY PACKAGE GOT SENT BACK, AM I STILL ENTERED IN THE DRAWING?
Absolutely! Merchandise delivery and contest entries are handled through two completely separate processes.
When you place an order on our website and your payment is processed, two things happen at the same time:
- Your entries for the dream car giveaway are sent directly to the sweepstakes administrator
- Your merchandise order is sent to our warehouse in Toronto, ON, where our amazing team prepares and ships your items to you.
MY ADDRESS IS WRONG ON MY ORDER!
Please contact customer service immediately. Send an email to info@getnokt.com Please include the correct address, your order number and your name in the email. If you catch the mistake within 5 hours, we can usually correct it before your initial shipment is sent, so send the email the moment you discover the error. If your package has already shipped, please follow the tracking number and let customer service know when the tracking status says the package is being returned or if the package was delivered to the incorrect address. We will take it from there. There is no problem fixing the order, but we cannot monitor every order to make sure its delivered to you safely, we may need a little help from you.
MY PACKAGE IS BEING SENT BACK. WHAT DO I DO?
Don't panic! We've got this! Send an email to customer service info@getnokt.com that states your complete address, including any apartment number that should be on there. We will update that order invoice to show the correct address, so we can ship it right back out again as soon as we receive the package back in our warehouse. The post office usually takes about 3-5 business days to actually process the return, and then a few days to send it back to us. Please allow 10 business days for us to receive it from the date that the tracking status shows it is undeliverable and being returned.
Giveaways and Announcements
WHEN DO YOU ANNOUNCE THE WINNER?
A third-party firm will conducts a random computer draw to pick the winner. Promosis a third party sweepstakes company will be doing a randomized draw to pick the winner, Nokt is not involved in the process. Once a winner is selected, Promosis will reach out and ask a skill-based question to claim their prize.
HOW WILL I KNOW IF I AM A WINNER?
If you are drawn as a potential winner in one of our Giveaways, Promosis will contact you via the phone number you provided on your order/entry form. You will never be asked to provide a credit card or payment as a condition of a prize award.

DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?
Please create an account by clicking the “My Account / Order Status” link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we’ll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time. We only ship to Canada and U.S.
WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT CHOICES?
During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you. All prices shown are in USD and/or CAD Dollars based on your location.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP AND WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING CHARGES?
Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
All sales are final. We apologize, but we are not able to give refunds due to each product being made to order. Once an order is placed, your contest entries are automatically submitted to our third-party Sweepstakes company, Promosis, and cannot be withdrawn. We are legally not allowed to tamper with entries for any of our giveaways.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia and Canada. Void in Puerto Rico, Quebec and US territories and where prohibited by law. Must be age of majority in state/province of residence and licensed driver as of 06/13/2025 EST. Skill-testing question required if a Canadian resident is selected as potential winner. Maximum value of Grand Prize is $30,000 CAD. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible purchase and non-purchase entries received. See Official Rules for details including how to enter without making a purchase. Must write on a 3x5 hand-written card; State your full name, address, phone number, email address and mail it to 76 Densley Ave, North York, ON M6M 2R3.

HOW DO I NAVIGATE THE SITE?
To navigate this website, simply click on a category you might be interested in. Categories are located on the top, left & bottom of our website. QUICK TIP: Place your mouse cursor over anything you think could be a clickable link. You’ll notice that anytime you scroll over something that is a link, your mouse cursor will become a "hand". Whereas scrolling over anything that is NOT a link will leave your cursor as an “arrow”. You may also type a keyword into the SEARCH box to quickly find a specific product. HOW DO I USE A COUPON?
After adding items to your cart, click the "View Cart" link at the top of this site to view your cart. At the bottom of the shopping cart you’ll see a box where you may enter your coupon code.
